What an emotional song for those not ready to give up a dying relationship~ I like how the music video portrayed the hopelessness of watching your loved one grow more and more distant, smiling only when they’re talking to other people and not enjoying your time together anymore, all the while remembering how close you used to be. It really captures the panic and dread of waiting for the moment they’ll leave, knowing that it’s coming and expecting it at every corner. I’m normally not one for sad or clingy songs, but this one was written and depicted very nicely~
