Though she only has a handful of singles to her name, Earth is another artist who has garnered quite a following both domestically and internationally, and another I keep missing the bandwagon for. Her music is so ambient and her voice is so high and whispy and lacking anything to set her apart from so many other female solo artists in the same genre, I personally don’t get the hype on her. But for fans of that soft coffeeshop background music sound, this a nice addition to her repertoire. I do like the way the lyrics convey the nostalgia and how the happy and sad feelings mix at her recollection, and her signature airy sound also complements the mood.
