I hope the Jukks keep coming out with singles from this album! I absolutely love the animated style of all the MVs from this release!! This band will always be one of my favorite indie bands. I love how they always have such a unique sound and clever lyrics, like this song, with humorous lyrics complaining as to why his girl takes so long to get ready to go out and makes all these excuses why she’s late all the time. Thumbs up for this release too~

The Jukk’s second single from their newest album, this is a nice nonchalant song, reminding us how we sometimes lie to ourselves to try to make ourselves believe we’re over a breakup and pretend we aren’t bothered by it. The music video continues the story of the dog from the previous one for their song “Fact,” who is now living on the streets and dealing with catching his girlfriend cheating with another dog. I love the character design of the dog and the Jukk’s personas, and I love the whole style of these music videos a lot.

I really like the cartoon music video as well, telling the story of a microwave and a dog who were used, abused, and dumped by a pair of spoiled kids, and when the electricity goes out in the house, the dog takes pleasure in watching the kids’ suffering, while the microwave kills itself to restore the power for them, even though the kids showed no appreciation whatsoever. I don’t know why such a silly animated video made me tear up, but it did. The look on the dog’s face as it watched the microwave give up everything for nothing… Tell me I’m not the only one who that triggered some sort of existential crisis in? :’D
