I’ve never cared much for Snoopking, maybe because I’ve never been a fan of the whole slow-R&B-plus-rap-verse formula he seems to meticulously follow. But I like the lyrics of this song, of being taken back by memories so vivid, it’s like you’re in a time machine, and you’re still struggling to get over someone and move on.
Awkward music video, though. I want to know what they told the white guy to prep him for this; just sit clothed in a bathtub in the middle of a livingroom, we’re going to film you for a while, then you can be on your way? At least the girl is super cute, though.
