What a nice, smooth, easy-listening release for New and Jiew~ Though the lyrics are your average “I-was-waiting-for-my-soulmate-and-finally-found-you” lyrics, it still sounds very nice, and I like how their voices mesh together. The music video is also interesting, telling the story of a 30 year old who had never been in a relationship before, trying everything to meet guys and find “the one”, until she finally met him. I like the encouraging support she got from the online community as well, urging her that she shouldn’t try to be someone else, that age doesn’t mean anything, that she shouldn’t rush into things and force things. Don’t let the long wait discourage you, love will happen when we stop trying to force it 🙂
