I like how Slot Machine isn’t letting their English album release get in the way of making Thai releases at the same time~ I like the energy of this song, it definitely has the classic Slot Machine sound, and I like how the lyrics are solid and convey the importance of being strong and moving on after a breakup or failed relationship. Apparently this is a Thai version of one of their English singles from the English album, entitled “Sky Burning Stars,” but I’m not blown away by the English (original?) version. It became your average love song with the usual “Let’s go, we can make it if we try” lyrics that are a dime a dozen and exactly the opposite from the Thai version that encourages living without love and continuing your life on your own no matter what disappointments in love you face. What do you guys think? Which version do you prefer more?
