However much you look, I’m not particularly handsome
แต่ขอเธอมองสิ่งดีดีข้างใน

But I ask you to look at the good things inside
ที่ฉันมีไม่ใช่แค่สิ่งนอกกาย
Tee chun mee mai chai kae sing nok gai
That I have, not just material things

จะแมว จะหมา ไม่เคยทำร้าย

A cat or a dog never does any harm
ไม่เคยขโมย ไม่คิดแย่งแฟนของใคร
Mai koy kamoy mai kit yaeng faen kong krai
They never steal, never think of taking someone else’s lover

มีดีแค่ที่ใจ รักเธอเกินกว่าใคร เท่านี้เพียงพอไหม ถือศีลห้า ศีลห้า
Mee dee kae tee jai ruk tur gern gwah krai tao nee piang por mai teu seen hah seen hah
I have good, just that my heart loves you more than anyone, isn’t this enough? Remember the 5 Precepts

ดูข้อดีก็มีอยู่เท่านี้เอง สี่ห้าอันที่มันไม่ค่อยซ้ำใคร
Doo kor dee gor mee yoo tao nee eng see hah un tee mun mai koy sum krai
Look at the good points I have, four or five parts that are different from everyone
คนไม่รวยไม่หล่อก็มีหัวใจ อยู่ที่เธอจะให้โอกาสฉันไหม
Kon mai ruay mai lor gor mee hua jai yoo tee tur ja hai ohgaht chun mai
I’m not rich, I’m not handsome, but I have a heart, can you give me a chance?

โกหกไม่เป้น เรื่องดื่มก็ขอบาย
Gohhok mai pben reuang deum gor kor bai
I can’t lie, about drinking? I’ll pass
เป็นคนมีศีล บอกรักก็จากหัวใจ
Pben kon mee seen bork ruk gor jahk hua jai
I’m a person with precepts, I tell you I love you from the heart

If you want a boyfriend with a rich, fancy house, that might not be me
ถ้าเธออยากมีแฟน เป็นคนดีพอใช้ งั้นลองมารักกันไหม
Tah tur yahk mee faen pben kon dee por chai ngun long mah ruk gun mai
If you want a boyfriend who’s a good person, try loving me?

ศีลห้าที่ท่องจำ ห้ามฉันก็ไม่ทำ ฉันก็คงมีดีเพียงแค่เท่านี้
Seen hah tee tong jum hahm chun gor mai tum chun gor kong mee dee piang kae tao nee
The five precepts that I memorized forbid me from misbehaving, I must be good just like this
เรื่องบุญวาสนา เบื้องบนกำหนดมา ฉันเลือกได้เท่านี้ทำสิ่งที่ดี
Reuang boon watnah beuang bon gum not mah chun leuak dai tao nee tum sing tee dee
About fate, the higher power decides that, I can only choose this, to do good things
