Finally! A Labanoon hype train I can get on!
I respect Labanoon for their incredible success they’ve had with their former singles, but as sad songs aren’t really my cup of tea, I haven’t been exactly taken by most of them. But this one! I like the lyrics and the execution of it; telling the story of having a person you’re not interested in relentlessly persuing you from the point of view of calling the fire station to metaphorically put out the flame of her passion, instead of just singing literally like you’re talking to the person directly. It makes it fun, unique, and refreshing. The music is upbeat and catchy and really gets stuck in your head easily, and the music video is so silly, it’s very entertaining to watch, and the band and actresses all look like they’re genuinely having fun. I hope this dominates the music charts for Labanoon!
